 Far from his career in entertainment,  

 Hardeep Singh Kohli originally set out 

 to be a lawyer.                        

                                        

 "I loved studying law but I realised my

 opportunities would be limited. I was  

 offered various things as there aren't 

 many lawyers who understand the Indian 

 culture in Glasgow.                    

                                        

 "But I thought, 'Do I really want      

 that?' I was then wooed "y the world of

 media and started at the BBC."
