 MILLIONS FACING ENDOWMENT SHORTFALL    

                                        

 While many endowment policy providers  

 admit to cases of mis-selling, most are

 dragging their feet when it comes to   

 responding to complaints.              

                                        

 But while that is a battle in itself,  

 homeowners still need to decide what to

 do with the endowment policy.          

                                        

 Effectively, they can sell it, cash it 

 in for the current surrender value or
