SAGA OFFERS HOME EVACUATION COVER
After the recent tornado forced South
Birmingham residents to flee their
homes, Saga has added evacuation cover
to its buildings insurance policy.
It will be included as a "standard
level of protection", the group says.
Customers forced to abandon their house
on the advice of the emergency services
will have the costs of alternative
accommodation met, including extra
expenses incurred in re-housing pets.
