 ACTIVISION ANSWERS CALL OF LAWYERS     

                                        

 Spark Unlimited, developer of console  

 game Call Of Duty: Finest Hour, is     

 suing Activision for $10 million for   

 breach of contract.                    

                                        

 Spark alleges that Activision          

 contracted it to create three different

 games but threw it off the second      

 sequel, called Big Red One.            

                                        

 It also claims Activision didnWt pay   

 royalties, pinched its ideas and even  

 headhunted its staff. Yikes.
