Somnus, who has won and been second in
the last two runnings of Haydock's
William Hill Sprint Cup, tries to
enhance his big-race record tomorrow.
The gelding has been out of sorts in
his three runs this year but his
trainer Tim Easterby is not worried.
He explained: "He's in good form.
There's no pressure on me at all
because he's been deserted (in the
betting) but I'm very happy with him,
in fact I couldn't be happier."
