 ARE HYBRID 'GREEN' CARS WORTH HAVING?  

                                        

 Honda's two-seater Insight tips its hat

 at sportiness - the driving position is

 reclined, steering is sharp through the

 bends and luggage space is limited.    

                                        

 The official top speed is 112mph with  

 the 0-62 mph dash in 12 seconds. But it

 does suffer on the hills and around    

 70mph acceleration feels muted, even   

 with the extra electric motor boost.   

                                        

 But the Insight was always only ever   

 designed as a showcase for the futuqe.
