 ROBBIE DENIES SATURDAY NIGHT REMAKE    

                                        

 Robbie Williams has flatly denied that 

 he's stepping into John Travolta's     

 dancing shoes for a £20m remake of the 

 1977 smash hit Saturday Night Fever.   

                                        

 It's been widely reported this week    

 that the Brit Award-winning performer  

 was being lined up to play the part of 

 white-suited dancer Tony Manero.       

                                        

 But a spokesperson for the singer, who 

 voiced Dougal in the animated film     

 The Magic Roundabout earlier this year,

 insisted: "The story is not true."
