 WEST BECOMES NATIONAL HERO             

                                        

 Stage veteran Timothy West is heading  

 the touring production of Terry        

 Mackay's new play National Hero.       

                                        

 Following acclaim at this year's       

 Edinburgh Fringe, the Guy Retallack    

 production will open at Salford's      

 The Lowry on September 5.              

                                        

 The play - about the aftermath of a    

 terrorist attack - also visits Malvern 

 before concluding at Guildford on      

 September 24.
