 A MILLION 'IGNORE' CHILD TRUST FUND    

                                        

 Savings provider The Children's Mutual 

 is concerned that there are over 1m    

 parents who have yet to open a special 

 Child Trust Fund account.              

                                        

 It believes some will have simply been 

 sidetracked by enjoying the summer.    

                                        

 But it says most have been deterred "y 

 the abundance of small print and wide  

 choice of accounts. More than half of a

 typical 20-page product brochuqe is    

 small print, to meet regulatory needs.
