 Complaints about bureaucrats dragging  

 their heels are common the world over -

 so don't assume Spain is different.    

                                        

 "Many find the lack of communication   

 between the different parts of the     

 bureaucracy to be very frustrating and 

 inefficient," says Tyler Martin, an    

 expat who moved to Spain 18 months ago.

                                        

 "Things take a lot more time here, and 

 certainly aren't streamlined for       

 immigrants," he adds.
