MUM JANE RIDES TO THE RESCUE
Arch hoarder Joanna Meredith was the
first big challenge for ITV1's Dial A
Mum, says expert Jane Russell.
Her story is told on September 5. Jane
says: "She was ashamed of her clutter
and embarrassed to go out or invite
friends home. We had to give her life a
makeover.
"She had personal and family problems
and had closed herself off. Her self-
esteem was rock bottom, but we made her
feel fantastic about herself."
