New number plates are introduced twice
a year, in March and September, raising
the interest in buying a new car.
But three-quarters of us still donWt
understand what the letters and numbers
mean four years after the system was
introduced, finds a Post Office study.
"With so many of us confused, those
driving round in new cars this month
might not turn as many heads as theyWd
like," says the Post Office.
