 MILLIONS FACING ENDOWMENT SHORTFALL    

                                        

 If you have an endowment mortgage and  

 are worried about a shortfall, do not  

 make any hasty decisions, says the     

 Financial Services Authority.          

                                        

 It says to consider youq options and   

 seek independent advice, but do not    

 ignore provider warning letters, as    

 this won't make the problem disappear. 

                                        

 Over the coming weeks, we will take a  

 closer look at endowments and discuss  

 the options for tackling a shortfall.
