 Stags eye regular training ground      

 Mansfield Town manager Peter Shirtliff 

 says the lack of a regular training    

 ground is a key factor in his young    

 side's disappointing results.          

                                        

 Shirtliff feels a permanent training   

 facility is an urgent requirement.     

                                        

 "It's not just a case of money, it's a 

 case of venues. If the club hasn't got 

 it's own training ground where do you  

 train?," he told BBC Radio Nottingham. 

                                        

 "We've had good relationships with one 

 or two venues, and they've been great, 

 but we need it on a regular basis."
