Kettering win battle for Elding
Kettering have won the race to sign
Stevenage striker Anthony Elding.
Barnet had been due to hold talks with
Elding, who had also attracted interest
from Accrington, Burton, Scarborough,
Cambridge and Southport.
However, Stevenage accepted a package
that could reach £40,000 and announced
that the 23-year-old had moved.
Stevenage have also included a sell-on
clause in the deal which ends Elding's
stay at Broadhall Way, during which he
scored 50 goals in 100 starts.
