Burley says Walcott should stay 2/2
Southampton boss George Burley has
insisted Theo Walcott's interests would
be better served by staying at the St
Mary's Stadium.
Walcott is the subject of a £12m bid
from Arsenal, but is also being watched
by Premiership champions Chelsea.
Burley said: "At the moment he is in
the best place and is doing
tremendously. The best thing for his
future is to stay here at Southampton.
"To have his talent at such a young age
is tremendous."
