 When Wallace and Gromit decided to     

 chomp on Wensleydale cheese the        

 fortunes of the failing Yorkshire dairy

 were dramatically reversed. So when    

 their latest film release featured a   

 Gloucestershire cheese called 'Stinking

 Bishop', people began to clamour for a 

 slice of this pungent product. But many

 were to be disappointed because cheese 

 producer Charles Martell is happy to   

 carry on as he always has done, making 

 quality cheese on a small scale.
