 * Press the RED button from any BBC TV 

 channel on Satellite and Freeview, and 

 from BBC ONE and BBC TWO on Cable.     

                                        

 You can also press INTERACTIVE from    

 any channel on Cable.                  

                                        

 * Use the directional arrows on your   

 remote control to move around and then 

 select your desired option.            

                                        

 * Press TEXT to exit BBCi on Freeview  

 and Satellite.                         

                                        

 Press TV to exit BBCi on Cable.
