 Son of Dork rises from Busted's ashes  

 New band Son of Dork, poised for their 

 second big hit, owe their existence to 

 now defunct pop-rock act Busted.       

                                        

 James Bourne, who enjoyed huge success 

 with Busted, points out that he doesn't

 want to forget his musical past.       

                                        

 "Everyone knows I used to be in Busted,

 so why hide it? Son of Dork is very    

 different, but if we emulate Busted's  

 success, then happy days," he says.    

                                        

 Drummer Danny Hall says he is "happy"  

 that the new band is launching on the  

 back of Busted, adding that he even    

 possesses both their albums.
