 Initially a positive diagnosis for HIV 

 feels anything but 'positiveW, with its

 associated threats of loss of health   

 and life. Individuals are often faced  

 with practical difficulties such as    

 losing their job or home, on top of the

 emotional reactions of fear, isolation,

 rejection, prejudice, and of course a  

 major fear which affects individuals   

 living in close communities, the fear
