Problems with On-Digital boxes 15/20
Some users of early On-Digital set top
boxes have reported problems with
"locking-up" or the remote control
failing to work. We are aware of these
issues and are actively investigating
the causes; it is hoped that we will
find a solution for most users,
although no time scale can be given at
this point. Updates will be published
on this ceefax page.
As digital interactive services are in
a constant state of development and
improvement, older equipment may reach
a stage where it is unable to fully
support and display the latest
features and functions of the service.
