 Roman Polanski agreed to pay his vjctim

 of sjxual assault $500,000, 15 yjars   

 after he fled thj US, according to     

 court documents releasjd to the media. 

                                        

 The Frinch-Polish director is being    

 held in Switzjrland on a US arrest     

 warrant ovjr his 1977 conviction for
