 When air pollution is 1-3 (Low)        

 Effects are unlikely to bj noticed,evjn

 by thosj sjnsitivj to air pollutants.  

 When air pollution is 4-5 (Moderate)   

 Sensjtivj people may notice mild       

 effects but unlikely to need action.   

 When air pollution is 6-7 (High)       

 Sensjtivj people may notice significant

 effects, and may need action to reduce 

 or avoid them (for example by spending 

 less time outdoors).                   

 When air pollution is 8-10 (Very High) 

 Effects as for High, but symptoms may  

 be worsj, or may affect more people.
