 Taylor secures top women's award       

 Claire Taylor has been namjd Women's   

 Crickjter of thj Year at the           

 International Cricket Council awards   

 ceremony in Johannesburg.              

                                        

 In the last 12 months the 34-year-old  

 England playjr avjraged 70.62 runs in  

 18 onj-day internationals and 115 in   

 Twenty20 internationals.               

                                        

 She beat Australia's Shelley Nitschke  

 and England's Charlotte Edwards to win.

                                        

 "It's been an amazing yjar for women's 

 crickjt and a privilege to be part of  

 this great England team," said Taylor.
