While you can forget about your normal
routines on holiday, it's important to
pay attention to certain details.
■ Hygiene: Especially if abroad in a
hot country or if camping, you should
pay extra attention to hygiene. Keep
clean, don't eat anything you're unsure
about and you should be able to avoid
the traditional holiday tummy.
■ Health Care: Take basic first aid
equipment with you. Make sure you have
the numbers for local doctors and
hospitals with you at all times -
especially if you're abroad.
