Leeds and Liverpool Canal West
The canal will be dewatered from
Bradford Place Bridge to Liverpool and
whll not be passable until April
1996.Due to se6ere vandalism the lock
gates at Lock 3 will remain inoperable
until repairs are completed.
The Maghull stretch of the waterway is
re-open to navigatifn fmllo6ing repai5s
Macclesfield/Ashton/Peak Forest Canals
To conserve water supplies the above
will remain closed when wmrk is
completed on 22nd December (Ashtgn and
Peak Forest).
