 EGYPT BLASTS ISRAELI NUCLEAR PROGRAMME 

 Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa   

 has said Israel must be prepared to    

 discuss its nuclear capability in peace

 talks with its Arab neighbours.        

                                        

 Israel's nuclear programme was         

 unacceptable to Egypt, he declared.    

                                        

 Mr Moussa spoke out as Israeli         

 officials left for the US, where they  

 are due to hold talks this week with a 

 delegation from Syria.                 

                                        

 It will be the first meeting since June

 when negotiations broke down over      

 details of a possible Israeli          

 withdrawal from the Golan Heights.
