 EX-BCCI CHIEFS FACE £6bn SUIT          

                                        

 Abu Dhabi investors in the failed Bank 

 of Credit and Commerce International   

 (BCCI) have filed a $9bn (£6bn) civil  

 claim against 13 former executives.    

                                        

 The ruling family of Abu Dhabi and the 

 Abu Dhabi Investment Authority were    

 seeking damages for "mismanaged and    

 stolen funds".                         

                                        

 The claim is based on criminal charges 

 made against the 13 last July.
