 MINES GROUP KELLS IN £5.5m DEAL        

                                        

 Exploration group Kells Minerals is to 

 buy the chemicals group World Fluids   

 for £5.5m, it has been announced.      

                                        

 World Fluids, owned by John and        

 Geraldine Marett, makes oil and gas    

 drilling chemicals and cement products.

                                        

 Shares in Dublin-based Kells were      

 suspended pending completion of the    

 deal which is subject to shareholder   

 and regulatory approval.
