 PROUDFOOT TO CUT 200 JOBS              

                                        

 Troubled management consultancy        

 Proudfoot is to cut staff levels to 850

 from 1,050 as part of a further cost   

 reduction drive.                       

                                        

 The move will mean savings above the   

 annual £15m a year recently announced. 

                                        

 "This reduction will better match the  

 capability of the company to the       

 business levels prevailing over the    

 last six months." the firm said.
