 PANTHEON OFFER TO RAISE £33.2m         

                                        

 Investment group Pantheon International

 Participations is hoping to raise      

 £33.2m to fund its expansion plans.    

                                        

 It is offering almost 17m shares to    

 investors at 200p each and has agreed  

 to place 4.4m shares with institutions.

                                        

 The money will be raised in three      

 instalments to complete an £11.3m      

 venture capital acquisition. The group 

 also plans to repay £5.7m of loans.
