NATO PLANES HIT SERB BARRACKS AGAIN
NATO war planes are reported to have
bombed a Serb barracks to the southwest
of the Bosnian capital, Sarajevo.
It is the latest of several attacks on
the Lukavica barracks which house Serb
command controls and ammunition stores.
Meanwhile, Russia is continuing to
insist on seeing the memorandum of
understanding, signed by the UN and
NATO, which controls the air strikes.
So far, the UN has refused.
Earlier President Yeltsin and President
Clinton exchanged messages in a bid to
narrow the rift over the air strikes.
