 KENNEDY HITS OUT AT TORIES AND LABOUR  

 Liberal Democrat leader Charles Kennedy

 is due to launch a strongly-worded     

 attack on both Labour and Tory leaders 

 over the Iraq war.                     

                                        

 A "small clique" around Tony Blair has 

 misled and manipulated the country into

 war, Mr Kennedy will say.              

                                        

 And he will denounce the Conservative  

 leadership as "charlatans and chancers"

 in his keynote address to his annual   

 party conference in Brighton.          

                                        

 He will also reiterate his claim that  

 the party can win Tory and Labour seats
